Tree Distribution - Nov 2, 2024 Riegelwood, NC

The Alliance for Cape Fear Trees needs your help to distribute 900 trees in Riegelwood NC on Saturday morning, November 2nd.

Volunteer activities include: checking people in, giving directions for parking and receiving trees, handing out tree information, retrieving trees and helping recipients get them to their cars, and representing the Alliance in general. We'll assign you a duty based on your abilities and wants.

Volunteers will need to meet at 8:30am in Riegelwood (a 25-30 minute drive from Wilmington, exact location tbd).

The giveaway will begin at 9:30am and will last until the last tree is given away (probably by noon at the latest).

When signing up, please note that you will have to fill out your information twice (first as a registrant, then as an attendee). Also, please fill out the online photo waiver form or print it out and bring it with you. The event site will be Riegelwood, NC with "International Paper".
