Thanks to funding from the Arbor Day Foundation and State Farm and in cooperation with the City of Wilmington, ACFT is looking for volunteers to help with our 1200 3- gallon containered Tree Distribution at Legion Stadium on Saturday, November 5th. Volunteers will meet at Legion Stadium at 8:00 am and the distribution will begin at 9:00 am and lasts until all trees are given away (12 noon latest)!  

Activities may include carrying trees to their cars; giving directions for parking; overseeing volunteer tent with sign-ins; helping with registration; talking to people in line as they wait to receive trees; taking photos; giving out tree planting instructions; bringing trees from behind the fence to the gate for people waiting; referring people to Arborists in red vests who can help them decide on their trees; distributing free mulch and representing the Alliance, in general.
