Tree Planters Needed on December 2, 2023

Thanks to the Arbor Day Foundation and Truist Bank, ACFT needs volunteers to help with planting 71 street trees on Saturday, December 2nd in the Southside, Dry Pond and the Bottom neighborhoods. Volunteers will meet at AME Zion Church located at 901 S. 9th Street, Wilmington, NC 28401 begining at 8:30 am.

We need volunteers to help with a variety of tasks: from volunteer check-in, passing out flyers to new tree owners, planting trees and trash pickup around the area.

More details will be emailed to volunteers closer to the planting date.
