Join us for our second planting event of the new year, funded by The Landfall Foundation and Extension Master Gardeners Volunteer Association! With over fifty trees going in the ground, we are growing our urban tree canopy.

We will be planting 50+ trees—so we need plenty of volunteers! Sign up, and wrangle some friends to join you in the fun. 

This event will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025. We will begin at 10am, and we anticipate the event will run 3 hours, depending on the amount of volunteers who come out to lend a hand.

Meeting location is at Robert Strange Park 401 S 8th St, Wilmington, NC 28401. Parking will be along the street by Williston Middle School.  If you have a shovel and a pair of gloves of your own, please bring them, but we do have tools for those who need them.
